Banks County Schools announced today that a partnership between J.M. Huber Corporation (Huber) and Project Lead The Way (PLTW) will support PLTW Launch in Banks County Schools. The opportunity is made possible through a donation by Huber to PLTW, a nonprofit organization that offers transformative STEM-based learning experiences for PreK-12 students. Banks County  is joining more than 12,200 schools across the U.S., providing opportunities for brighter futures for all students.

Our goal at Banks County School System is to help your child succeed academically. Parents and families are invited to partner with us to help your child reach their academic potential. Please join us for our upcoming Title I Annual Meeting to learn how each school’s Title I program supports students’ academic achievement. We will also discuss ways parents and families can assist their children in helping them improve academically.

Banks County School System is proud to announce that Banks County High School is a 2022-2023 National Beta School of Merit. The school earned this recognition by offering National Beta to all eligible grades on their campus. National Junior Beta includes grades 4-8, and National Senior Beta includes grades 9-12.

The Banks County School system is excited to announce that breakfast will be available for free to all our students this year. Prices for full pay lunch at BCPS/BCES-$2.75, and BCMS/BCHS- $3.00. The Annual Student Records Update and New Student Registration links are now available for parents and guardians. Register with your personal laptop or tablet at your convenience. We highly recommend using a tablet or computer. You only need to complete the form once per family. You will need to fill out a user agreement for each student.
